Aucun \u00e9v\u00e9nement particulier n'est requis pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ces frais d'annulation r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez le notifier par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 l'adresse info@detour.be.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Flex Plus<\/span><\/strong> vous payez <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">4% extra<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0et pour <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Flex Light<\/strong><\/span> vous payez <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>2% extra<\/strong><\/span>, Il s'agit d'un premier paiement \u00e0 l'inscription.<br \/>\nVous devez donc en d\u00e9cider au moment de l'inscription et les paiements doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Conditions<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous devez notifier explicitement l'annulation par e-mail \u00e0 l'adresse info@detour.be, qui est alors la date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ;<\/li>\n<li>et\/ou le solde doit toujours \u00eatre pay\u00e9 \u00e0 temps, sinon le taux flexible expire.... ;<\/li>\n<li>le tarif flex suppl\u00e9mentaire n'est calcul\u00e9 que sur le montant total du voyage et jamais sur les assurances suppl\u00e9mentaires ;<\/li>\n<li>Avec le tarif flexible \u00e9galement, les co\u00fbts augmentent progressivement au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la date de d\u00e9part approche, mais \u00e0 un taux beaucoup plus bas % ;<\/li>\n<li>vous pouvez m\u00eame combiner cette assurance avec une assurance annulation de voyage, de sorte qu'il n'y a pas de perte financi\u00e8re apr\u00e8s l'intervention de l'assurance ;<\/li>\n<li>Il n'est pas (encore) possible de r\u00e9server pour le voyage aux courses TT de l'\u00eele de Man ;<\/li>\n<li>possible pour toutes les nouvelles r\u00e9servations \u00e0 partir du 15\/08\/2025 pour les voyages dont la date de d\u00e9part est au plus t\u00f4t mai 2026 ;<\/li>\n<li>Le tarif flexible peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9 ou supprim\u00e9 par D\u00e9tour ;
